Project Details | Based on unifying communication channels and improving the experience of beneficiaries of services provided by the Saudi Central Bank, the Central Bank works to raise the level of support, assistance, guidance and direction for all segments of beneficiaries of the Central Bank's services, entities or individuals from inside and outside the bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to achieve the bank's current and future requirements. Accordingly, the bank seeks to enhance beneficiary care as required within the general direction of the bank's strategy towards improving the services provided by the Central Bank and developing the customer experience by adopting the best service practices and complying with the highest international standards in the field of customer care and managing their experiences, and providing services to customers by relying on professionally qualified Saudi national human cadres to implement beneficiary care activities and various support service tasks assigned to this sensitive role, by seriously benefiting from the latest technology in the fields of customer relationship management systems, institutional support request management applications and multi-channel interactive communication platforms to facilitate access to services and create a distinct positive customer experience when implementing any communication activity with the customer, regardless of the communication channel that the customer prefers to interact with the bank and benefit from its services. |
