Board of Directors Elections for the New Term 2026-2030

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. announces the opening of the nomination for the membership of the Board of Directors for the upcoming term starting from 2 January 2026 (corresponding to 13 Rajab 1447 AH), for a period of four years ending on 1 January 2030 (corresponding to 26 Shaban 1451 AH).

The shareholders who wish to nominate themselves or another person for membership on the Board of Directors, and who meet the membership conditions and criteria must submit their candidacy applications (Below) starting from 28 August 2025 (corresponding to 5 Rabi Al-Awwal 1447 AH) until 28 October 2025 (corresponding to 6 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447 AH).

To ensure the acceptance of your nomination application, all the Group’s requirements and standards for nomination must be fulfilled, and all the forms included in the “Attachments to the Nomination for Board of Directors Membership Application” document must be completed electronically, as referred to in the Group’s Board of Directors’ Membership Policies and Standards. These forms must be submitted in both Arabic and English, and candidates will be elected at the General Assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later, after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and the Corporate Governance Regulations, in addition to the Board of Directors’ membership policies and standards approved by the General Assembly of Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co.
