Alignment to standard setting bodies and frameworks where applicable such as SBTi and SBTN.

Qualitative Narratives: Detailed explanations of the company’s ESG initiatives and their impacts. How is the company showcasing through case studies performance and impact against set targets?

Financial Integration and Investment Relevance: How ESG factors are linked to financial performance and risk management. Demonstration of how ESG performance influences investment decisions and valuations.

Institutionalization of ESG into Core Business : Positioning of the company’s long-term ESG vision and demonstration of integration practices.

Accountability and Governance: Highlighting Board’s role in overseeing ESG issues and governance of the ESG agenda.

Risk Management: How ESG risks are identified, assessed, and managed. How does the company integrate ESG risks into their existing risks frameworks.

Methodology: Clarity on methodologies used for data collection and calculation, including any assumptions and limitations.

Data Accuracy and Third-Party Assurance: Presence and quality of third-party verification or assurance of the reported data.

Adherence to Standards: Which frameworks/standards do you use for ESG/sustainability reporting (include references/links to these supporting frameworks/standards, for example: UN SDGs; GRI; SASB; etc.)

Compliance with recognized ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

Clarity: The report’s readability and ease of understanding for non-experts.

Design and Presentation (5%): Use of visuals, infographics, and layout to enhance comprehension. Highlight of key messages.

Accessibility: Availability in multiple formats and languages if applicable for relevant stakeholders. Accessibility and navigation of the content within the report to enhance readability. Easiness of access of sustainability report on the company's website.
