Management Message
Read a message from Sarah Al Suhami, Chair of Saudi Tadawul Group, who is responsible for integrating the Group’s efforts with global standards and best practises.
Chairperson Message
The Saudi Tadawul Group is the new capital for our ambitions. We seek to push boundaries and create new benchmarks.
The creation of the Holding Group allows us to develop an advanced capital market, which is a core pillar of Saudi Arabia’s FSDP as it seeks to create a thriving financial sector to enable and support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Our transformation saw us evolve from a national stock exchange to a global holding group which includes four other major subsidiaries, all of which are paramount to the growth of the Saudi capital market and economy.
These four subsidiaries are instrumental in facilitating an environment which enjoys ultra-efficient intra-group operations and operational independence. Our focus remains on creating a diversified market, with an increasingly sophisticated range of products and services, which can quickly adapt to evolving trends and meet international standards of best practices to ultimately attract investors from the region and beyond.
