RIYADH, 20 February 2025 – Saudi Tadawul Group (STG), a leading capital markets group, successfully concluded the 4th edition of its flagship Capital Markets Forum (CMF) Riyadh 2025, held under the patronage of His Excellency Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Financial Sector Development Program.

This year’s edition welcomed more than 6,000 delegates and saw the signing of 8 key memorandum of understandings between various participants. Over 475 investors were joined by more than 54 corporates from the region, and beyond, many of whom attended Day 1 of the main conference.

Day 2 and 3 saw a number of exclusive events, including Corporate Access, which facilitated more than 600 one-on-one meetings between corporates and investors; Investor Hub, which held investor-focused presentations on latest insights and opportunities; and Investor Bootcamp, a series of educational sessions presented by experts to students and entry-level professionals.

STG has also announced earlier that the upcoming edition of CMF Hong Kong will be held in May 2025, and CMF New York will be held in October 2025, with both events driving connections between regional and global capital markets.

During the event, several MoUs were announced between Saudi Tadawul Group (STG), including its subsidiaries, and several regional and international entities, including Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX), the Financial Academy, OSTTRA and FIS Global, reflecting the Group’s commitment to strengthening the Saudi capital market’s position as a global financial hub.
